ClubWiFi Support
Please make sure you have a great wifi signal.
In most cases simply disconnect from the wifi network, and restart your device. Once restarted, reconnect to the Clubwifi Network and WAIT for the login page to appear.

On the additional device, go to Settings, Wifi.
- Select the ClubWifi network with the strongest signal.
- A login screen will appear.
- Select Already Paid.
- Enter the Username and Password that you used to purchase the account.
- Select Login.
- This will then take you online.
On the Firestick, go to Settings, Wifi. Select the ClubWifi network with the strongest signal. A login screen will appear. Select Already Paid. Enter the Username and Password that you used to purchase the account. Select Login. This will then take you online.

For those that might not know, a MAC (Media Access Control) address is a unique identifier. This address allows the device to be authenticated on Wifi Networks. It is a unique address that identifies your device so the ClubWifi Servers recognise your device when logging in.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Network & Internet.
- Tap Wifi.
- Tap the gear icon associated with the wireless connection to be configured.
- Tap Advanced.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Use device MAC (as shown in the red box here).

When arriving onsite, look for the ClubWifi Network on your device.
Simply connect and a login screen will pop up after a few seconds allowing you to login and use the internet.
The ClubWifi system uses all types of Debit and Credit Cards – both domestic and foreign. The same applies and you will see in your bank statement – “ClubWifi Payment”
Common Payment queries relate to the account not being fulfilled completely. If you have paid – you will be online right away, you will receive an email notification and an text message with your username and password.
If a payment has failed, you will not have been charged and you will not be able to connect online.
You will receive a receipt.
All ClubWifi Networks are UNLIMITED data downloads.
Subscriptions & Accounts
Sure, accounts are time sensitive and timeout automatically when the account has expired.
We do not refund accounts before the end of its term.
Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan anytime. The money paid for the previous subscription will be recalculated to the new plan. please contact us for more details.

No, each account is renewed and you will be emailed when your account is due for renewal.
We do not automatically renew any accounts.
