How do I request a refund?

A refund can be requested within 24 hours of an account being purchased.

Please contact our support team, who in the first instance will try and assist with your problem. Once the team have completed all possible methods to improve your service and you are still dissatisfied, we can then process a refund for the account.

Please be aware that all refunds can take up to 5 working days to process back to your original account.
